Our engagement model
We price scope and outcomes, not hours.
Monthly management is a flat fee set by your spend and scope. You'll never get a timesheet, and you'll never be billed for a phone call.
Everything is written down.
Before we start, you get a scope document listing exactly what's included. Anything outside it is quoted first, so there are no surprises in either direction.
Communication has a rhythm.
A weekly written update, a monthly strategy review, and a shared channel for questions, answered within one business day.
You own your assets.
Ad accounts, pixels, data, creative, and code belong to you. We work in your accounts, with your permissions.
Included in monthly management
- Channel strategy and media planning
- Campaign build, management, and optimization
- Creative strategy, briefs, and testing plans
- Tracking maintenance and Conversions API monitoring
- Weekly updates and monthly strategy reviews
Scoped and quoted separately
- Creative production (video, UGC, static)
- Landing pages, funnels, and store builds
- Email and SMS flow builds
- Custom Shopify apps and WordPress plugins
- Google review removal
Each separately scoped item gets its own fixed quote before work begins.
Why an initial term?
Testing, learning, and scaling properly takes about three months. An initial 90-day term gives both of us enough runway to judge the work fairly. After that, engagements continue month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Spending seriously on ads? Let's talk.
Tell us about your business, your numbers, and your goals. If we’re a fit, you’ll get a strategy call with Mitch. If we’re not, we’ll tell you why and point you to a better next step.
